粉煤灰特性及作橡胶补强填料研究

摘　　要：通过化学成分分析、X-射线衍射、热重分析、红外光谱分析等方法,分析了粉煤灰的性质,对粉煤灰进行化学改性,改性粉煤灰代替白炭黑作橡胶补强材料,制品的抽出力均高于国标和企业标准,而且制品的密度低于用白炭黑的制品密度。By chemical analysis, X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analysis, infrared spectroscopy and so on, the fly ash properties were analyzed. Chemical modification tests were carried for fly ash. Active fly ash was used for rubber reinforcement material instead of white carbon black. The results show that pull-out strengthes of the products were higher than the GB and enterprise standards, and the density of which is lower than the density of the silica products.
