摘 要:制备蒙脱土纳米粒子添加到150N基础油中的润滑油体系,以45#钢作为金属摩擦副,利用MMU-10G摩擦磨损试验机研究其摩擦学性能,使用电子探针、金相显微镜、能谱仪进行试样磨损面形貌观察和组成元素分析。实验结果表明:纳米蒙脱土润滑油添加剂具有优异的减摩效果和良好的抗磨性能,与基础油相比较,平均摩擦因数下降48.8%,对应摩擦副试件失重减少45.5%,试样表面生成由纳米蒙脱土形成的自修复膜。The montmorillonite nanoparticles were mixed in base oil 150N as lubricant additive. Their tribological property as lubrication additive were studied on MMU-10G friction and wear testingmachine with the 45# specimen as friction pair. The morphology and chemical composition of the friction surface were investigated by metalloscope, electronic probe and EDX. The results showed that the prepared montmorillonite nanoparticles as lubrication additive have excellent friction reducing and anti-wear property. Compared with the base lubrication oil, the lubrication oil with nano- montmorillonite made the average friction coefficient decrease by 48.8% and the wear loss of the test sample decrease by 45.5%, and there was a self- repairing film on the friction surface constituted by nano-montmorillonite.
