摘　　要：中文连续出版物的样本缴送问题多年来一直困扰着每一个从事国家图书馆采访工作的人员。如何解决这一问题也是业界同仁非常关心的,文章通过对2005-2009年度年缴送情况的对比,提出只有出版单位、国家图书馆、新闻出版总署等三方共同努力才能达到最终目的,以确保国家图书馆馆藏中文连续出版物的完整,才能使国家总数库的职能得到最大的发挥。Chinese serials＇ submission is always a difficulty bothered the staff engages in acquisition work in NLC for a long time.The colleagues in the field of library have also drawn a great attention on how to solve the problem.By the contrast of the submission situation from 2005 to 2009,this article points out that the solution lies in a joined effort of publishing units,NLC,and GAPP.That is the way to ensure the integrity of Chinese serials collection in NLC,and play up the best strength of the function of chief bookstore.
