摘　　要：以thecostofknowledge网站的建立为标志,国外出现了学者签名抵制Elsevier公司的活动,从这些学者的诉求来看,这是国外反SOPA、PIPA和《保护知识产权法案》运动的一部分。这促使我们对我国图书馆工作、国家科技奖励政策以及知识产权保护体系进行进一步的思考。A lot of foreign scholars have joined in the boycott of Elsevier,which marked the establishment of the website of the cost of knowledge.The boycott is a part of the movement against SOPA,PIPA and the Research Works Act.This gives us the opportunity to think about our library work,science award policy and the intellectual property protection system.
