摘　　要：经费不仅是图书馆信息服务社会化赖以发展的必要的物质保障和前提,而且一直是影响其进程的最直接因素。设立高校图书馆信息服务社会化专项资金,解决了困扰高校图书馆信息服务社会化的各种机制问题,提供了高校图书馆信息服务社会化的发展模式。Funding is not only the necessary material and the necessary prerequisite but also the most direct factor for socializing information services in college libraries on which to develop.Setting up special funds of socializing information services in college libraries can address the various mechanism problems,and provide the development model of socializing information services in college libraries.
