摘　　要：结合JK-3×2.2/20i矿井提升机主轴装置,介绍了过盈联接类型、特点及在提升机主轴装置装配中的应用,分析计算配合时合适的过盈量,针对其过盈量采用合理的装配方法。对比键联接,此连接形式增强了主轴强度,提高了传动的平稳性及可靠性,也提高了整个传动系统的安全性。Combined with JK-3 by 2.2/20 I mine hoist spindle device, the interferenced joints, characteristics and types were disserted, including the application of the hoist spindle fitting to this assembly. In this operation, suitable surplus guantity for matching was analyzed and calculated. Reasonable fitting methods were taken according to different surplus quantity. The main spindel＇s strength was increased because of keys joining being compared with one for another. Therefore the transmission stablity and reliability were highlighted as well as transmission system safity.
