摘  要:[目的]探讨东北刺人参不定根悬浮培养的最适条件,为大量培养提供依据。[方法]以东北刺人参不定根为材料,研究在悬浮培养中盐、碳源以及氮源对其增殖生长的影响。[结果]当盐浓度为正常MS时,不定根增殖系数最高,浓度高抑制了生长,不定根在蔗糖和白糖长势较好,最适合的磷源浓度为正常MS培养基中固有的浓度。[结论]在正常的MS培养基中添加蔗糖或白糖以及正常MS培养基中的磷酸盐最适合东北刺人参不定根的增殖生长。[Objective] To explore the best suspension culture conditions of adventitious roots of O.elatus,so as to provide references for its large quantity culture.[Method] The effects of salt concentration,carbon sources and phosphate concentration on the proliferation of adventitious roots of O.elatus in suspension culture were studied.[Result] The proliferation rate of adventitious roots was the highest when the salt concentration was normal in MS medium,while it was inhibited at high salt concentration,the adventitious roots grew well in sucrose and white sugar,the best phosphate concentration was normal in MS medium.[Conclusion] The normal MS medium dosed with sucrose or white sugar,or the normal MS medium dosed with phosphate was the best for the proliferation growth of adventitious roots of O.elatus.
