摘 要:[目的]对不同运行年限核桃生态经济型水土保持林中土壤微生物进行检测与分析。[方法]从邢台市9个运行年限核桃生态经济型水土保持林0~20、20~40和40~60 cm土层中取样,进行土壤真菌、细菌、放线菌数量的检测。[结果]土壤微生物数量随运行年限增长而增长;土壤微生物数量随着采样深度的增加而降低。在总体数量上,细菌最多,放线菌次之,真菌最少。[结论]通过种植核桃进行植被恢复,原荒山地土壤中3种微生物数量都呈现增加趋势,微生物可以作为土壤生态恢复的指标。[Objective] The research aimed to detect and analyze the microbial community of eco-economic water and soil conservation walnut forest of different years.[Method]The soil samples were collected from three soil layers of nine years of eco-economic water and soil conservation walnut forests in Xingtai City.The total numbers of bacteria,fungi and actinomyces were detected by agar dilution method.[Result]The total number of bacteria,fungi and actinomyces raised with the years,and decreased with the depth of soil.In view of their total quantity,bacteria had the largest population,fungi had the least.[Conclusion]By walnut recovery,the number of three microorganisms in the soil of barren hills had shown an increasing trend,micro-organisms can be used as indicators of soil ecological restoration.
