摘　　要：通过对近年来体育锻炼领域中跨理论模型研究文献的梳理,发现跨理论模型研究主要存在变化阶段结构划分的理论基础不够完备,各结构之间关系的模糊性和理论预测缺失以及对目标行为解释力普遍不高等4方面的问题。进而提出了将来的研究趋势,即应该考虑与其他行为理论核心构念以及宏观社会环境因素的整合,构建更加综合的行为改变理论和多层次模型,以期对锻炼行为进行全新的分析和诠释。Sorting out the research literatures of transtheoretical model in the field of physical exercise in recent years, the 4 main problems of transtheoretical model were presented, including the theoretical basis of stage of change is not complete, the relationships among the structures were ambiguous and theoretical predictions of the relationships were lack, the structures generally accounted for little variance in target behavior. Other issues that remain unresolved and further studies were discussed in the end.
