摘  要:钢厂连铸机生产过程中,经常出现驱动辊万向轴连接螺栓松动的现象,导致传动负荷分配不平衡,传动不稳定。分析了连铸机扇形段传动系统稳定性不高的根本原因,并经优化万向轴结构和改善润滑方式等措施,减少了螺栓松动现象,提高了驱动辊传动的稳定性。In the production process of the continuous caster in one's steel company, the bolts which connect the driving rolls with cardan shafts often loosening, caused the driving load distribution is not balanced and the transmission is unstable. This article analyzed the major causes to the poor stabilization of the sector section transmission system of the continuous caster, and used several measures such as optimizing the structure of the cardan shaft and improved the lubrication to reduce the loosing phenomenon of the bolts and improved the stabilization of the driving roll.
