摘 要:目的:探讨超声输卵管显影技术在检测输卵管通畅及盆腔粘连中的作用。方法:对162例不孕症患者行超声输卵管显影检查,其中有25例已行子宫输卵管造影(HSG)检查。患者首先行输卵管通液,后经阴道穹窿穿刺向盆腔注生理盐水使盆腔积液,再用阴道超声行盆腔扫描。结果:超声输卵管显影不仅能检查输卵管是否通畅,且能发现输卵管伞端形态、活动度、是否粘连及观察盆腔粘连带。输卵管伞端显影率与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义。结论:与HSG相比,超声输卵管显影技术能更好地显示输卵管伞端活动度,发现粘连。Objective: To study the use of salpingosonography for detection of patency of fallopian tubes and pelvic adhesion.Methods: One hundred and sixty-two infertility patients were examined by salpingosonography,of them 25 patients had already examined by hysterosalpinogram(HSG).Firstly,normal saline was irrigated into the fallopian tubes through uterus,then normal saline was injected into pelvic cavity through posterior fornix puncture,and finally the pelvis was scanned ultrasonically by transvaginal sonography(TVS).Results: Salpinosonography not only can examine the patency of fallopian tubes,but also can observe the morphology of fimbria,mobility and adhesion of fallopian tube and adhesions in pelvis.The imaging rate of fallopian fimbria was significantly higher than that of controls(P0.01).Conclusions: Salpingosonography is superior to HSG for observing the mobility of fallopian fimbria and discovering the adhesions in pelvis.
