车削刀片切削性能试验方法研究

摘　　要：以YT15刀具对4Cr13模具钢车削加工为例,进行了切削性能分析和工艺试验,并根据试验结果,对YT15切削4Cr13模具钢的切削加工参数进行了优化,且在优化切削参数条件下,将不同厂家生产的YT15刀片车削4Cr13模具钢切削加工性能进行对比研究,最终得出刀具生产、开发和应用的参考依据。Taking the process of using YT15turning tool to cut 4Cr13mold steel as an example,the cutting performance is analyzed and process is tested.According to the test results,the cutting parameters are optimized.Base on the optimized cutting parameter,the cutting performance of using different YT15to cut 4Cr13is compared,which provides some references for tool production,development and application.
