摘　　要：观察经皮穴位电刺激对60例扁桃体切除术患儿围气管插管期脑电双频指数(BIS)和应激反应的影响。经皮穴位电刺激组(A组)在气管插管期间BIS值及心率(HR)、平均动脉压(MAP)趋于稳定,外周静脉血中皮质醇(COR)、肾上腺素(E)和去甲肾上腺素(NE)的浓度上升幅度小于对照组(C组)。经皮穴位电刺激能够抑制小儿气管插管BIS值变化及减轻应激反应。To observe the effects of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation（TEAS） on bispectral index（BIS） and stress reaction in 60 children undergoing an adenotonsillectomyin at peri-intratrachal intubation period.BIS values,heart rate（HR） and mean arterial pressure（MAP） of TEAS group stabilized during tracheal intubation,the concentrations of cortisol（COR）,epinephrine（E） and norepinephrine（NE） of peripheral venous blood reveated less rising anplitude than those of the control group.TEAS can significantly restrain the changes of BIS and reduce stress reaction caused by tracheal intubation.
