摘　　要：目的:探讨扁平苔藓共聚焦激光扫描显微镜(皮肤CT)的影像特征。方法:应用皮肤CT对5例扁平苔藓患者皮损进行扫描,并与苏木精-伊红染色组织病理进行对比。结果:所有患者的典型皮损均可见到真皮乳头及其周围大量圆形、高折光性炎性细胞浸润以及真-表交界处指环状结构的破坏(基底细胞液化变性);其中4例患者皮损可见颗粒层局灶性楔形增厚以及棘层细胞不规则增厚。结论:皮肤CT作为一项新技术,可以作为扁平苔藓的重要辅助诊断技术。Objective： To investigate reflectance confocal microscopy （RCM） image features of lichen planus （LP）. Methods： Five LP patients were examined by RCM, and then compared with histopathological examination. Results： All the lesions showed numerous, round bright inflammatory cells filling the papillary dermis and the ring feature of dermoepidermal junction was destructed （liquefaction degeneration of basal cells）. The lesions of 4 patients showed focal wedge-shaped hypergranulosis and irregular acanthosis. Conclusion： RCM provides useful information and auxiliary technique for the diagnosis of LP.
