摘　　要：目的探讨手术室护理人员职业损伤发生的规律、特点及相关因素，制定科学有效的防护措施，从而保障护理人员的身心健康。方法采取整群抽样、横断面问卷调查的方法，对9所医院218名手术室护理人员的职业损伤状况及相关因素等67项内容进行调查研究；建立数据库，所得资料运用SPSS13．0软件进行统计分析。结果手术室护士的职业损伤发生率达73．4％，机械性损伤占首位，其中针刺伤是最易发生的职业损伤；Logistic回归分析显示：职称、性格特征、医院重视程度、防护措施等6项变量影响职业损伤的发生。结论加强防护措施，改善工作环境，增强防护意识，重视职业防护教育，建立、健全规章制度，树立全面防护的管理理念，建立和完善保险制度，给予手术室护理人员最大的安全保障。Objective To investigate the regulation,characteristics and relevant factors on the occupational injuries of the nurses in operatiug-room,draw up scientific and elective protective measures,protect the physical and mental health of the nurses. Methods Adop- ting cluster sampling, cross section questionnaire investigation methods, make investigations in 67 contents such as current situation of the oc- cupational injuries and relevant faetors,218 nurses in operating-room of 9 hospitals participated in some city;set up the database,carry on the statistical analysis on the obtained material using SPSSI3.0 sofware. Results The oceupational injuries rate of the nm.ses in operating-room was 73.4% ,mechanical injuries accounted for first;of wtlich the needle stick injuries was mosl likely to occurLogistic regression analysis showed that ： title, character, attention of hospital, protective measures, etc 6 variable items were related with occupational injuries. Conclusion Strengthen the protective measures,improve the working environment, enhance protection awareness, emphasize on education of occupation- al protection,establish and perfect rules and regulations,establish a concept in comprehensive-protection nmnagement, establish and perfect the insurance system,give the maximum security to the nurses in Operating-room.
