摘　　要：WFMS(Workflow Management System,工作流管理系统)是将具体的业务流程分解成多个任务或角色,按照一定的规则和过程来执行这些任务并对其进行实时监控的计算机软件系统。简述了WFMS的特点和铸造企业的管理概况,并对铸造企业实施WFMS的可行性及难点进行了分析,最后结合一个在该系统中设计运行的采购业务流程实例,说明了WFMS能够方便企业设计优化内部业务流程,提高企业的工作效率和业务管理水平。Workflow Management System（WFMS） is a computer software system,which separates specific business process into multiple tasks or roles,executes these tasks according to certain rules and procedures and monitors themreal-time.Feasibility and difficulty of implementing WFMS in foundry enterprises by introducing the features of WFMS and the outlook of foundry enterprises management were reviewed.Finally,with a specific purchasing business workflow instance designed in this system,the results show that WFMS can design internal business process conveniently and improve the efficiency of business management significantly.
