摘　　要：介绍智能电能表可靠性评价体系,分析智能电能表可靠性的主要影响指标和评价方法,提出进行可靠性设计、利用高可靠性材料、采用先进工艺3种提高智能电能表可靠性的对策。This paper describes the life and reliability target of the smart meter, and on this basis,proposes smart meter re- liability assessment and testing methods, advances three countermeasures to improve the reliability of smart meter from the aspects of using high reliability material, making re- liability design and using advanced technique.
