孕妇磁共振检查的心理疏导及护理

摘　　要：目的:通过对孕妇的心理疏导以便顺利完成磁共振检查并取得满意的图像质量。方法:收集2003年6月～2011年5月间,1430例临床怀疑胎儿发育异常的孕妇行1.5T磁共振扫描,检查前/中予以相关的心理疏导,顺利完成扫描的相关资料。结果:1430例孕妇,其中双胞胎孕妇6例,晚期孕妇145例,幽闭恐怖综合症2例,均经加强心理疏导、合适的体位改变,取得了满意的图像。结论:孕妇磁共振扫描的心理疏导对于能否顺利配合完成检查起着重要作用。Objective： Psychological counseling was given to pregnant women for successful MR scan and good image quality. Methods：From June 2003 to June 2011, 1430 pregnant women who were suspected of fetal abnormalities underwent 1.5 T magnetic resonance examination. Relevant psychological guidance was given before and during the scanning. Results：Among 1430 pregnant women, there were 6 cases of double fatuses, 145 cases of later pregnant women and 2 cases of fear of enclosed syndrome acpuired better image after intensty psychological conseling and proper position taken. Conclusion： Psychological counseling to pregnant women was important for successful MR examination.
