摘　　要：冠心病已成为人类特别关注的话题,在预防、早期诊断、治疗及其预后等各个环节都备受重视。左心室功能与冠心病患者的治疗及预后密切相关,因此对冠心病患者准确评价左心室功能,对其治疗方案的选择、疗效及预后判断十分重要。目前国内外已有多种影像学技术可评价心功能,但由于其各自的优缺点,在临床应用中尚未有一种简便、快速及精确测量左心室收缩功能的方法。本文主要综述了左心室功能评价的影像学方法及参数,并对宝石CT在心功能评价中的应用研究进行展望,评价其在临床应用中的价值。At the present, coronary disease is a key issue, which has been paid much attention, particularly in the prevention, the early diagnosis, the treatment and the prognosis and so on. At home and abroad, a variety of imaging techniques can assess cardiac function, but because of their advantages and disadvantages, there is no a simple, rapid and accurate method of measuring left ventricular function in the clinical application. This review mainly summarizes the evaluation of left ventricular function imaging methods and parameters of left ventricular function, looking forward to HDCT＇s evaluation of heart function prospect research and its clinical application value.
