双源CT头颈动脉联合血管造影检查过程中的护理体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨头颈部联合CT动脉血管造影检查中护理配合的方法及其对图像质量的影响。方法:回顾性分析90例行双源CT头颈动脉血管造影的患者资料,分析对比剂注射部位和注射方案与图像质量的关系。结果:本组90例患者的颅内动脉均显示良好,无1分病例,平均图像质量评分(2.45±0.23)分;颈部动脉平均图像质量评分为(2.23±0.37)分,7例1分病例。结论:对比剂的注射部位及注射方案的选择对头颈联合血管成像的图像质量有重要意义。Objective：To explore the nursing care of dual-source CT angiography in intra- and extra-cranial artery and its effect on image quality. Methods： Evaluated The intra-and extra-cranial artery CT angiography images of 90 patients were e- valuated retrospectively and the relationship between image quality and contrast administration protocols was analyzed. Re- suits： The average image quality score of intra-cranial artery was 2.45土0.23, no un-diagnosed image; the average image quality score of extra-cranial artery was 2. 23土0. 37, 7 patients with un-diagnosed image. Conclusion.. It＇s important to choose the contrast administration protocol in CT angiography for intra-and extra-cranial artery.
