摘  要:以3叶1心期烟苗为研究材料,确定不同接蚜数量下达到最佳饲养量所需的饲养周期。结果表明,3叶1心期烟苗接蚜,单位面积蚜量小于2.4头/cm2时,烟苗的农艺性状较佳,烟蚜可正常繁殖,饲养质量较好;平均每株接蚜1头时,饲养12 d可达到最佳繁蚜量138头/株;接蚜3头/株时,饲养11 d可达到最佳繁蚜量128头/株;接蚜6头/株时,饲养9 d能达到最佳繁蚜量95头/株;接蚜9头/株时,一般饲养5 d可以达到最佳繁蚜量52头/株。Different quantities of vaccinating aphids on seedlings with three slices of true leaf were studied to confirm the best quantity and time for aphids feeding with four treatments, i. e. , T1 ( vaccinating 1 aphid per plant), T2 ( vaccinat-ing 3 aphids per plant), 33 (vaccinating 6 aphids per plant), and T4 (vaccinating 9 aphids per plant). Results showed that agricultural characters of seedlings and the feeding quality were relatively well when the average number of aphid was less than 2. d per square centimeter, and aphids had normal reproductive capacity. The best feeding quantities of a-phid for T1, T2, 33, and T4 Were 138, 128, 95, and 52 aphids per plant, respectively. The best feeding cycles for T1, T2, T3, and T4 were 12, 11, 9, and 5 days after vaccinating, respectively.
