摘　　要：大力发展公交是缓解城市交通拥堵的有效途径.在构建公交线网服务水平综合评价指标体系的基础上,运用层次分析法确定各指标的权重,进而运用多级模糊理论建立了公交线网服务水平综合评价模型,最后运用该模型对天水市规划前和规划后的公交线网服务水平进行了综合评价,并提出了进一步提高天水市公交线网服务水平的对策.研究结论对政府相关部门有一定的参考意义.Vigorously developing public traffic is the main mode to solve traffic jam and release ground traffic pressure. On the basis of building the public traffic network service level comprehensive evaluation index system, this paper confirms the weight of each index by using entropy weight theory, and establishes comprehensive evaluation model of public traffic network service level by using the fuzzy mathematics theory. Finally, the present and long-term planning public traffic network service level of Tianshui City is evaluated by applying this model. At the same time, some effective solutions of further improving Tianshui public traffic network service level are given. The conclusion of this study has crucially directive meaning for government decision-making departments.
