摘　　要：利用SWOT分析方法对公共图书馆的优势因素、劣势因素、机遇因素和威胁因素进行了分析,从而得出了基于SWOT分析的公共图书馆的发展策略。The paper uses SWOT analytic method to analyze the strengths,weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the public library and then conclude the development strategies of the public library.
