摘　　要："民办非企业单位"是确定居家养老服务机构性质时的最佳选择。居家养老服务机构不仅具有自身优势,还具有符合社会需求、符合国家政策倡导趋向以及市场经济发展规律等优点。＂People-run non enterprise＂ is the best choice when the nature of family endowment service organization is determined. Family endowment service organization not only has its own advantages but also conform to social needs,advocacy trend of the national policy and the law of the development of market economy.
