基于面板logit模型的上市公司财务预警分析

摘　　要：通过选取2008年6月到2011年6月50家ST公司以及50家与之对应的非ST公司的财务数据,采用主成分分析和面板logit模型对上市公司财务预警进行了实证分析,结果表明:模型预测较为准确,能给上市公司投资者,股东提供正确的信息。The article selected 50 ST companies corresponding to the normal companies financial data which from June 2008 to June 2011, Using principal component analysis and logit model make the financial warning empirical evidence, and the result indicates that the forecast is accurate. So the model can provide right information for investors and shareholders.
