吉林省科技与金融结合路径的研究

摘　　要：科技是经济社会发展的不竭动力,科技研发能力关乎经济效益、生态效益乃至社会效益,对经济可持续发展有着深远的影响。科技的研发需大量资金支持,研发成功投资应得到丰厚的回报,研发失败投资者将蒙受投资损失。科技研发投资高风险高收益的特点决定了科技研发融资是一个特殊的经济管理问题,这一问题只有抓住重点明确事物的本质才能事半功倍。本文对吉林省科技金融结合现状进行分析,找出存在问题,提出了吉林省科技与金融结合路径的构建的具体措施。目的是给这一工作提供一些启迪,以利于促进吉林经济又好又快地发展。Science and technology is an inexhaustible motive force for economic and social development, science and technology research and development capabilities related to economic benefits, ecological benefits, and even social benefits, have a profound impact on sustainable economic development. Technology research and development require a lot of financial support, investment in R ＆D success should be rewarded, R ＆ D failed investors will suffer investment losses. R ＆ D investment in high- risk high- yield characteristics of the scientific and technological research and development financing is a special economic management issues, this issue only to seize the focused nature of things can do more with less. Jilin Province Technology and Finance Integration status quo analysis to identify the existence of Jilin Province of science and finance combined with the path of specific measures to build. The purpose is to give some inspiration in this work, in order to facilitate the promotion of Jilin and fast economic growth.
