摘 要:目的提取明胶中邻苯二甲酸酯类塑化剂,并GC-MS定性和定量分析。方法采用加热溶解,并用正己烷提取法,优化加入溶解水量、盐度、提取时间等影响回收率的因素。结果样品加标回收率为96%~102%,相对标准偏差10%以内,方法检出限为0.004~0.36 mg/kg。结论该方法适用于监测明胶中邻苯二甲酸酯,为监测食品中原材料提供了简便的检测方法。Objective To extract phthalates from gelatin and carry out the qualitative and quantitative analysis by gas chromatography and mass spectrometry(GC-MS). Methods The gelatin was melted by heating and extracted with n-hexane. For the recovery, the influential factors such as water quantity, salinity and extraction time were optimized. Results Under the optimal conditions, the recoveries of target compounds were in the range of 96%-102% with relative standard deviation of 10%. Limits of detection varied from 0.004 to 0.36 mg/kg. Conclusion This method can be successfully applied in the monitoring of phthalates in gelatin.
