乌头类药物的毒性研究及唐古特乌头的研究概述

摘　　要：乌头类药物在我国古代时就开始作为药用。近年,对其化学成分、药理作用及毒理作用的研究较多,但大多集中在中药乌头类,如川乌、草乌、附子的研究,而对于其它乌头类植物研究较少。本文在乌头类药物的化学成分、药理作用和毒理作用的研究基础上,概述唐古特乌头研究进展,为扩大药源,开发新药提供参考依据。Aconitum has been used as medicines in ancient China. In recent years, there are many reports about its chemical composition, pharmacological action and toxicological role. But, the studies mainly focus on the traditional Chinese medicines such as Aconiti Radix, Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix, Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, less touch upon other Aconitum species. Therefore, according to the theoretical research of above content, the paper summarizes the progress of medicinal plant research and the research of Aconitum tanguticum（Maxim.）Stapf, which will be beneficial to expand medical resources and develop new drugs.
