摘　　要：文章运用根本原因分析(Root Cause Analysis;RCA)的方法,对我市卫生监督所存档的13例髋关节医疗事故产生影响、类型、领域和多轴心原因进行分析,得出结果,并进行讨论,提出一些针对性建议。This article use method of Root Cause Analysis to analyze the cause of 13 cases about hip joint malpractice obtained from Health Supervision Institute of the city. The method is classification of multi-axis of RCA which consists of impact, type, domain and cause. Then we obtain the analytical results, and then discuss the results and come up with some suggestions.
