河南省黄河滩区土地利用现状、问题及对策研究

摘　　要：通过对河南省黄河滩区概况的分析，提出了黄河滩区土地利用存在的问题：主要是农业生产条件较差；产业结构单一；洪水泛滥对滩区土地的威胁依然很大；滩区土地政策落实不到位。按照河南省黄河滩区的实际情况，提出河南省黄河滩区土地开发利用的对策。Through analysis on the general condition of the Yellow River Flood Plain in Henan, the problems on land use of Yellow River Flood Plain were put forward, including the conditions for agricultural production were poor, the industrial structure was single, flood had the big threat to land and land policy implementation was not inplace. Then, according to the actual situation of the Yellow River Flood Plain in Henan, the countermeasures to land use of the Yellow River Flood Plain in Henan were ：put forward.
