摘　　要：河南省国土资源科技工作面临资源供给和环境保护双重挑战，同时，中原经济区建设又为其提供了难得的发展机遇。未来五年的发展思路是集成创新，重点突破，服务急需，兼顾长远。发展目标是显著提升科技保障服务能力，取得一批达到国内先进水平的科研成果，形成完备适用的国土资源技术支撑体系，初步建成机制完善、结构合理的科技创新体系和科技人才队伍。在重点领域取得一批有较大影响的成果，建成一批国土资源科技创新示范工程。The scientific and technological work on land resources in Henan Province is faced with the dual challenges of resources provision and environment protection. Meanwhile, it is offered valuable opportunities to develop owing to the construction of the Central Plains Economic Region. According to this paper, in the next five years, the scientific and technological development of land resources in Henan planned to be integrated and innovative, making major breakthroughs, serving for urgent needs and fully considering both immediate and future needs. Besides, these aims should be achieved： technological and protective services should be improved significantly, a set of domestically leading research results should be achieved, a comprehensive and applicable technical support system of land resources should be formed~ technological and innovative systems and talents with perfect mechanism and well-designed structures should be established preliminarily, a number of significant research results in the key areas should be obtained and a series of technological and innovative demonstration projects should be built.
