摘　　要：国际合作中存在着正式控制机制和非正式控制机制两种模式,正式控制机制已经在大量的国际制度主义文献中受到关注,而对非正式控制机制的研究则相对缺乏。解决国际公共事务中的合作困境,仅仅依靠正式国际制度是不够的,必须加入非正式控制手段。因此,有必要加强对国际合作中的非正式控制机制的研究。There are two modes of control mechanisms in international cooperation, one is formal control mechanism, the other is informal control mechanism. The former has been fully studied in international institutionalism literatures, while the latter is relatively lack of studies. It＇ s not enough to resolve the dilemmas of international cooperation by relying on formal international institutions. We need to pay much more attention to the informal control mechanism. Therefore, it is necessary to enhance the studies on the informal control mechanism in international cooperation.
