摘　　要：当前无论是政府、企业还是消费者,对绿道旅游消费方式存在着许多困惑与疑问。基于绿色旅游供应链的视角,把绿色旅游概念贯彻到绿道旅游开发中,建立政府行为博弈模型,通过模型分析政府行为激励以及求解最佳行为的均衡策略,探求各主体间有效的行为激励及作用。This paper carried out research on development model of greenways tourism in the view of green supply chain management. In an era of advocacy for green life, it was undoubtedly essential to establish a green supply chain as well in tourism industry, which was the vital part of sustain- able development in tourism industry. However, in practice, questions and difficulties were remained in the business operations of greenway tourism, all for government in macro ： control part, enterprises in commercial practice and tourists to face. This paper analyzed the problems and gave suggestions in the part of management to solve the problem.
