基于农校对接的物流运作模式研究

摘　　要：课题从我国"农校对接"物流运作的必要性出发,引入了供给方+物流方+需求方的"农校对接"物流运作模式,结合"高校农产品采购的特点"以及"物流组织化程度"这二维指标,对农校对接物流运作模式进行细分。指出了"农校对接"物流运作中存在着物流需求不连续、物流运作效率不高、信息化程度低和冷链物流不足等缺点,提出加强政府的政策引导,建立稳固的"农校对接"关系;注重农校对接物流运作管理,提高"农校对接"物流运作效率;拓宽"农校对接"信息化平台,提高"农校对接"物流信息化程度;建立多元化投资机制,大力发展冷链物流等有针对性的建议,并完善了"农校对接"物流运作模型。From the necessity of agricultural school docking logistics operation in China, the paper introduces the new logistics operation mode which is ＂The supply party ＋ Logistics party ＋The demand party＂, segments logistics operation mode of the agricultural school docking based on the two-dimensional index of procurement characteristics agricultural commodities in universities and the degree of logistics organization. At the same time, the paper points out the existence of some shortcomings such as discontinuous Logistics demand, low operational efficiency, low degree of information technology, lack of cold chain Logistics and so on. Then, the paper proposed targeted recommendations. We should strengthen the Government＇s policy guidance, and establish a solid relationship with the agricultural school docking; focus on the Logistics operation management of agricultural school docking to improve the operation efficiency; broaden the information technology platform of the agricultural school docking to improve the level of information; establishes a diversified investment mechanism and vigorously develop the cold chain Logistics. Lastly, the paper improves the Logistics operation model of agricultural school docking.
