摘 要:公交运营调度是公交企业管理业务的核心,提高我国城市公交的运营调度水平,是改善城市公交服务质量、提高公交吸引力的重要途径。长期以来,我国大部分城市的公交企业制定公交运营计划主要依靠管理人员的经验和直觉,由于公交运营技术含量低,服务水平低下,推广智能公交调度系统,可以提高公交企业的运营调度管理水平,促进公交企业经济效益的增长,促进公共交通事业的发展。文中主要以深圳巴士集团为例,分析了智能公交调度系统的适应性和效益。Public transport dispatching is the key of public transport management, so enhancing the level of public transport dispatching management is an important means of improving the service quality of urban public transport and attracting bus passengers. In the past few years, most bus corporations in our country made their operating plan mainly according to administrators' experience and intuition, which would have a passive effect on the urban transport environment and economic development. The promotion of intelligent public bus dispatch system, bus companies can improve the level of operational dispatch management, to promote the growth of economic benefits, to promote the development of public transport. This paper cites as an example of Shenzhen bus group intelligent dispatch system, which proves adaptability and efficiency of the dispatch system.
