摘 要:采用等体积浸渍法制备氧化铝基铜吸附剂,以柴油考察制备条件和吸附脱硫工艺条件对吸附剂脱硫性能的影响,并通过XRD和N2吸附-脱附等方法对其进行表征。表征结果显示,铜负载量4%(w)(按CuO计)己达到氧化铝负载硝酸铜单分子层最大分散量。实验结果表明,氧化铝基铜吸附剂的较佳制备条件为:载体采用乙酸溶液浸泡处理,氮气中于450℃下焙烧4h;吸附脱硫工艺条件为:吸附温度60℃,WHSV=1.0 h-1,铜负载量2%(w)。在此条件下,吸附剂总脱硫率为66.4%,其中各种硫化物的脱硫率分别为:噻吩类硫化物100.0%、甲基苯并噻吩85.1%、C2-苯并噻吩51.2%、多烷基苯并噻吩9.6%、二苯并噻吩81.0%、甲基二苯并噻吩77.9%、C2-二苯并噻吩74.8%、多烷基二苯并噻吩69.9%。Alumina supported copper adsorbents were prepared by isochoric impregnation and characterized by means of X-ray diffraction and N2-physisorption. The desulfurization of diesel on the adsorbents was studied in a fixed bed reactor. The XRD result showed that the copper loading(based on mass fraction of copper oxide) could reach 4%, the maximum monolayer copper nitrate loading on the alumina support. The experimental results indicate that the appropriate preparation conditions for the adsorbents are as follows: treating the support with acetic acid solution and calcination in nitrogen at 450℃ for 4 h; that the appropriate conditions for the desulfurization on the adsorbent are as follows: temperature 60℃, 2% copper loading and WHSV 1.0 h-1. The total desulfurization rate can reach 66.4% under the above conditions, thereinto, thiophene compounds 100.0%, methyl-benzothiophene 85.1%, C2-benzothiophene 51.2%, polyalkyl-benzothiophene 9.6%, dibenzothiophene 81.0%, methyl-dibenzothiophene 77.9%, C2-dibenzothiophene 74.8% and polyalkyl-dibenzothiophene 69.9%.
