摘  要:合成了酮肼交联及硅烷偶联的水性聚氨酯乳液,通过稳态实验、触变性测试和动态流变测试对该乳液的流变行为进行了研究,并考察了该乳液中γ-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH550)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)和N-[(1,1-二甲基-2-乙酰基)乙基]-β-二羟乙氨基丙酰胺(DDP)的含量对体系流变行为的影响。实验结果表明,该乳液的表观黏度随剪切速率的增加而减小,属于假塑性流体,体系以黏性行为为主;随DDP含量的增加,该乳液的表现黏度和触变性增大;随KH550含量的增加,在较低的扫描频率区域内频率对该乳液的储能模量的影响较小;随DMPA含量的增加,该乳液的损耗能量增大。Aqueous polyurethane emulsions with ketone hydrazine crosslinking and silane coupling were synthesized, and their steady-state rheology, thixotropy and dynamic rheology were studied. The results indicate that the apparent viscosity of the polyurethane emulsions decreases with increasing of shear rate and the emulsions exhibit pseudoplastic fluid behavior. The effect of the mass fractions of γ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane(KH550), N- [ (1, 1-dimethyl-2-acetyl)ethyl ] -β-dihydroxyethylamino propanamide(DDP) and dimethylol propionic acid(DMPA) in the emulsions on their rheological behavior were investigated. The results show that both viscosity and thixotropy of the emulsions increase with increasing the DDP mass fraction. G' of the emulsions is insensitive to frequency within low frequency region as the KH550 mass fraction increases. G" of the emulsions increases with increasing of DMPA mass fraction.
