麝香保心丸对扩张型心肌病心力衰竭患者校正QT离散度(QTcd)的影响

摘　　要：目的 :探讨麝香保心丸对扩张型心肌病(DCM)心力衰竭患者校正QT离散度(QTcd)的影响。方法 :将56例DCM心力衰竭患者随机分为麝香保心丸治疗组和非麝香保心丸治疗组各28例。观察分析2组DCM心力衰竭患者经麝香保心丸和非麝香保心丸治疗前后QTcd的变化。结果 :治疗前后麝香保心丸组QTcd分别为(76.4±27.2)ms和(36.3±17.1)ms;治疗前后非麝香保心丸组QTcd分别为(73.5±22.8)ms和(53.7±13.6)ms。与治疗前比较,2组心力衰竭患者治疗后QTcd均有减少,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),以麝香保心丸治疗组减少更为明显。治疗后2组间QTcd比较,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论 :麝香保心丸可以明显降低DCM心力衰竭患者的QTcd。Objective： To explore the effect of Shexiang Baoxin pill on QTc dispersion in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy （DCM） congestive heart failure. Methods： 56 DCM heart failure patients were divided randomly into two groups, which were treated with or without Shexiang Baoxin pill. The variability of QTcd before and after treatment for in both groups was observed . Results： The QTcd before and after treatment was （ 76.4±27.2 ） ms and （ 36.3±17.1 ） ms in treatment group and （ 73.5±22.8 ） ms and （ 53.7±13.6 ） ms in control group, respectively. The QTcd in both groups was decreased after treatment, as compared with that before treatment. There was a significant difference in QTcd after treatment between two groups（ P 0.01 ） . Conclusion： Shexiang Baoxin pill can markedly reduce the QTcd in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy congestiveheart failure.
