摘　　要：介绍了红外焦平面探测组件老化试验系统的研制,该系统能够在无人值守情况下自动完成多种预设的老化试验。试验结果表明系统在提高试验效率同时还具有良好的稳定性和可扩展性,易于推广应用,为红外焦平面探测器组件的筛选和老化试验提供了技术平台。This paper introduces an aging test system for Infrared Detector Dewar Cooler Assembly（IDDCA）.The system provides a platform to implement the detector′ lifespan test continuously and automatically,in each cooling cycle the detector is applied a large temperature range for a long time until it breaks down.The system can shorten the whole aging test process and save a large amount of labor and time.
