Cognition of Operative Patient Safety Management Information of Different Medical Staff

摘　　要：目的比较医护人员对手术安全管理信息的认知度,为建立一套完善的手术患者安全管理信息网络系统提供依据。方法采用自设的调查问卷对深圳市5家三级甲等综合医院的285名手术医生、麻醉医生、手术室护士就手术患者安全管理信息认知度进行调查。结果手术室医务人员对手术室安全环节控制重要性认知度较高(80.9%),对手术患者信息(63.0%)和术前准备情况(67.1%)认知度较低。手术室护士、手术医生、麻醉医生对手术安全管理信息中的手术患者信息、知情同意书签署、临床检测值的重要性认知差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在术前准备情况、手术室安全环节控制重要性认知上,手术室护士与手术医生、麻醉医生比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),手术医生与麻醉医生比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论各类参与手术医护人员对手术患者安全管理信息重要性认知度水平整体有待提高,其中对手术患者安全环节控制重要性认知度最高,对手术患者信息认知程度最低;手术室护士对手术患者安全管理信息重要性认知度较手术医生、麻醉医生高。针对不同的专业人员进行针对性的手术安全管理信息培训,建立一套完善的手术患者安全管理信息网络系统尤为重要。Objective To compare the cognition of operation safety management information among operation room nurses, operation doctors and anesthesia doctors and to establish a perfect operation patient safety management information network system. Methods A total of 285 operation doctors, anesthesia doctors and operation room nurses were surveyed by a self-designed questionnaire. Results The cognition of patient information （63.0%） and preoperative preparation （67.1%） remained in a low level, while that of the importance of safety control high （80.9%）. The cognition of patient information, consent informing, the importance of clinical detection among operation room nurses, operation doctors and anesthesia doctors indicated no statistical significance （P〉0.05）, but that of preoperative preparation and the importance of safety control showed significant difference between operation room nurses and anesthesia doctors, and also between operation room nurses and operation doctors （P〈0.05）, while the difference between anesthesia doctors and operation doctors revealed no statistical significance （P〉O.05）. Conclusion The cognition of the importance of operation safety control is highest in operation patient safety management information. The operation nurses＇ cognition is higher than that of operation doctors and anesthetists. The general awareness of patient safety management information in all the operation staffs need to be enhanced by training, and a perfect operation patient safety management information network system is recommended to be established.
