乌鲁木齐市3所三级甲等医院手术室护士患病情况调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解乌鲁木齐市综合性三级甲等医院手术室护士的患病状况,并提出相应的干预措施,促进护士健康。方法自设问卷调查表,对乌鲁木齐市3所综合性三级甲等医院的手术室护士进行问卷调查,调查内容包括手术室护士的基本情况和所患疾病情况。结果本组手术室护士下肢静脉曲张的患病率37%,位列第一,其次是颈椎病、腰椎病、胃炎,患病率分别为25%、20%、17%,不同年龄、工龄、婚姻状况、生育状况、月夜班次数、体育运动情况的手术室护士下肢静脉曲张、颈椎病和腰椎病患病率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论下肢静脉曲张在手术室护士中的患病率位列第1,其他疾病患病率依次为颈椎病、腰椎病、胃炎,而这些疾病均与手术室护士的工龄、婚姻状况、生育状况、体育运动情况等相关。手术室护士应增强自我保健意识,加强体育锻炼,有效减少职业相关疾病的发生,确保手术安全、有序、顺利完成。Objective To understand the health of operation room nurses and to provide related preventive measures to improve nurses＇ health. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was applied for general information of nurses and their health status. Results Nurses with varicose vein of lower extremities accounted for 37% of the total, which topped the disease list, followed by cervical spondylosis, lumber vertebrae diseases and gastritis, with the prevalence rate of 25%, 20% and 17% respectively. Nurses with different age, working experience, marital status, reproductive condition, monthly night shift and amount of exercise were related with the prevalence of cervical spondylosis, vertebrae diseases and gastritis （P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）. Conclusion Varicose vein of lower extremities tops the diseases of nurses in operation room, and followed by cervical spondylosis, lumber vertebrae diseases and gastritis, which are related with nurses＇ age, marital status, reproductive condition and amount of exercise, etc. The improvement of self-health care consciousness and more exercise will reduce the incidence of work-related diseases.
