摘 要:针对机体组织血液灌注率测量方法存在的局限性,采用以热物理学为基础的局部皮肤绝热法无损测量人体的血液灌注率,并研制了一套测量系统。该系统将测量探头采集到的皮表温度信息通过NI数据采集卡传送到PC机进行分析处理,得到灌注率的值。对临床实验获得的数据进行计算发现,系统测试结果与激光多普勒血流仪所测结果之间的相关系数达到0.912,说明局部皮肤绝热法测量血液灌注率是可行的。Blood perfusion rate(BPR) of body tissue was a important parameter. However, all the currently-used measuring methods had their limitations. A non-invasive measurement of BPR was made by local skin adiabatic method based on thermal physics, and a BPR measurement system was designed. The temperature information of the skin surface collected by measuring probe was sent to PC through NI data acquisition card for data analyzing and processing, after that the value of BPR was got. The evaluation of the system was performed by clinical experi- ments. After further data analysis, it was found that the test data and the data from laser doppler flowmeter(LDF) is highly related, a correlation coefficient R is up to 0. 912, the proposed local skin adiabatic method in feasible for measuring BPR.
