基于主题地图的虚拟企业知识管理模型研究

摘　　要：虚拟企业可以实现企业间资源的共享、优势的互补,最大限度地提升企业运营效率,共同赢得市场。在虚拟企业体系中,有效地进行知识的形成、积累、传播与共享是虚拟企业战略成功的关键,知识管理也就成为虚拟企业的管理模式。主题地图可以从大量知识中建立起知识结构网络,在知识管理中有效地组织知识,以利于探索、推理、传播和共享,虚拟企业网络间知识的无序性和多样性,正好适合利用主题地图对虚拟企业进行高效的知识管理。探讨了利用主题地图进行虚拟企业知识管理模型构建的方法,提出了一个基于主题地图的虚拟企业知识管理模型。Virtual enterprises can achieve inter-enterprise resource sharing,complementary advantages,to maximize the efficiency of business operations,to win the market together.Virtual enterprise system,to effectively carry out the formation of knowledge accumulation,dissemination and sharing is the key to the success of the virtual enterprise strategy,knowledge management has become a virtual enterprise management mode.Topic Maps can establish a knowledge structure network,resulting in a lot of knowledge,organizational knowledge in knowledge management to facilitate the exploration,reasoning,communication and sharing,disorder and diversity of knowledge in the virtual enterprise network,just right for the use of topic maps efficient virtual enterprise knowledge management.This paper discusses the use of topic maps for the virtual enterprise knowledge management model,a topic map-based virtual enterprise knowledge management model,and hope to have implications for the operation of the virtual enterprise.
