摘　　要：对高校电子学籍管理中图像采集、图像存储、图像显示进行了研究。以VB6与Access2003作为开发工具,提出图像的采集及在数据库中的存储与显示技术。This paper made electronic school register management in colleges and universities in the research of image acquisition,image storage,image display,image acquisition,storage,is the focus of this paper,this article in VB6 and Access2003 as a development tool,made this image acquisition and storage in the database and display technology.Database is the latest data management technology,is an important branch of computer science,is the Foundation and core of modern computer information systems and computer applications.Today,the rapid development of science and technology,information resources everywhere,no no,electronic school register management an important measures of student management in colleges and universities.
