升清降浊胶囊对慢性肾衰模型大鼠的保护作用及血清SOD、MDA的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨升清降浊胶囊对慢性肾衰模型大鼠的保护作用及抗氧化作用。方法在成功复制大鼠慢性肾功能衰竭模型的基础上,给予不同剂量升清降浊胶囊治疗,测定大鼠红细胞、血红蛋白、血肌酐及尿素氮(BUN)以及血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果升清降浊胶囊能够升高慢性肾衰模型大鼠全血中红细胞、血红蛋白水平,降低血肌酐及尿素氮水平,能够升高大鼠血清SOD含量,降低MDA的含量。结论升清降浊胶囊能改善肾衰模型大鼠肾功能指标,具有保护肾脏的作用,其机制可能与其提高大鼠抗氧化能力有关。Objective To investigate the protective and antioxidation effects of Shengqing jiangzhuo capsule on rat model of chronic renal failure.Methods In a successful chronic renal failure copy rat model and on the basis of different doses of Shengqing jiangzhuo capsule treatment,red blood cells（RBC）,the hemoglobin（HGB）,creatinine（Scr）,urea nitrogen（BUN）,serum superoxide dismutase（SOD） and malondialdehyde（MDA） content were determined in rats.Results Shengqingjiangzhuo capsule could significantly rise the whole blood red blood cells,hemoglobin level,reduce the blood creatinine and urea nitrogen leve in chronic renal failure model rats.It could significantly increase the rat serum SOD content and decrease the content of MDA.Conclusion Shengqingjiangzhuo capsule can improve kidney function index in the renal failure rat models and its mechanism may be related with improvement of antioxidation in rats.
