摘　　要：文章结合柴油机故障修理实例,对曲轴强度进行理论校核,确定安全工作负荷(转速),通过试验检验修理质量和校核结论,并结合船舶运营跟踪监测曲轴工作状态,确定校核结论准确可靠,修理质量和工作状态良好。With some example in repairing the diesel engine, theoretical check is done and safe working load （rotating speed） is confirmed against crank shaft intensity. Through checked repairing quality and conclusion, to-gether with the vessels operating and working state of the traced crank shaft, we can get exact and reliable conclu-sion, nice repairing quality and working condition.
