摘  要:焊接过程中焊接氧化物依附在焊缝表面,在涂装电泳过程中无法附着电泳漆。后期随着车辆的振动易脱落,导致车辆生锈和腐蚀。为了提升车辆防锈等级,需要对焊接氧化物进行控制。文章介绍了焊接氧化物的控制方法,通过有效过程控制,最大程度降低焊接氧化物的产生,通过对其进行后期处理,彻底消除焊接氧化物。通过过程控制及后期处理的有效结合,避免了后期车架的生锈及腐蚀,提升了整车品质。Welding oxide on the welding surface resulted in paint cannot be attached during the electrophoresis process. Later on. with the vibration of the vehicle, it is easy to fall off, which will cause vehicle rust and corrosion. In order to improve the vehicle anti-rust performance, it is necessary to control welding oxide. The paper introduces the control methods of welding ox-ide through effective process controlling to minimize the welding oxide producton, through carrying on the after treatment pro-eessing, the welding oxide is completely eliminated. The effective combination of process control and final processing on the wehling oxide will avoid the frame rust and eorrosion so as to improve vehicle quality.
