浅谈斜井上部车场运输系统改造设计

摘　　要：针对曹跃矿业公司斜井上部车场运输系统存在的问题,分析了制约产能的原因,并对车场运输系统和调车方式进行了设计改造。实践证明,此次改造满足了矿井扩大产能后的生产需要,减少了操作人员,降低了劳动强度,缩短了调车时间,实现了调车自动化。Analysed the transporting system of inclined shaft′s upper station of Caoyue Coal Industry Company,and the reasons of restricting the coal production were found out.The transporting system of upper station and its vehicle scheduling were redesigned and reformed.The reformed transporting system met the demands of enlarged production in coal mine,and saved the labors,reduced the labor intensity,shortened the shunting time,and realized the shunting automation.
