摘 要:加强职能部门绩效管理是改革公立医院内部运行体制的重要内容之一,是公立医院提高整体绩效、增强社会竞争力和影响力的必由之路,在实现公立医院战略目标中起着举足轻重的作用。文章通过对公立医院职能部门绩效管理的现状和存在问题、具体方法、必要性及可行性进行系统阐述,从公立医院职能部门绩效管理的内涵建设方面进行了初步探讨,为科学合理地建设公立医院职能部门绩效管理体系提供重要的指导和实践依据。It is an important part of reform, which is internal operating system of public hospitals, for functional departments carrying out performance management. Also it is the indispensable way of carrying Out performance management to improve overall performance and enhance the competitiveness and influence of society. It plays a pivotal role of achieving the strategic objectives of public hospitals. The contents of status, problems, methods, necessity and feasibility about performance management have been illustrated systematically. The connotation constructions have been studied preliminarily to provide the academic basis and guidance for scientific and rational implementation of functional departments performance management of public hospitals.
