摘　　要：目的:了解美沙酮门诊静脉吸毒者艾滋病防治知识、态度、行为现状及其影响因素。方法:调查分析美沙酮受治者艾滋病防治知识、态度、行为现状,并对其艾滋病防治知识、态度、行为的影响因素进行Logistic回归分析。结果:影响艾滋病知识知晓率的因素有文化程度、婚姻状况、是否与家人居住、与家人关系和门诊服务质量(P<0.05);影响艾滋病防治正性态度的因素有婚姻状况、与家人关系和门诊服务质量(P<0.05);影响艾滋病感染危险行为的因素有职业状况、婚姻状况、居住情况和治疗效果(P<0.05)。结论:影响美沙酮维持治疗者艾滋病防治知识、态度、行为的因素主要是其婚姻状况、居住情况、与家人关系及美沙酮门诊服务质量。Objective：Study the current situation and influencing factor of AIDS knowledge,attitude and behavior of patients receiving methadone maintenance treatment, nethods~.the AIDS knowledge, attitude and behavior of patients receiving methadone maintenance treatment were inquired applying logistic regression analysis on influencing factor of AIDS knowledge,attitude and behavior of patients receiving methadone maintenance treatment. Results：The factors that influence research subject＇s awareness of AIDS are education,marriage status, whether live with family,relationship with family and the quality of the clinic service（P〈0.05）.The factors that affect research subject＇s positive attitude towards preventing and treating AIDS are working condition, marriage,living condition and the effectiveness of the treatment（P〈0.05）. The factors that influence research subject＇s risky behavior which could lead to HIV infection are working condition, marriage,living condition and the effectiveness of the treatment（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The main factors that influence the awareness of AIDS knowledge, attitude and beh- avior of patients receiving methadone maintenance treatment are marriage status ,living condition ,relationship With family and the quality of methadone clinic service.
